Anything with personal detail in it, a customer’s name, an address, a private message, stays where you choose and does not leave. The system is built from several different engines, each picked for the job it does best. Anything carrying personal information is sent to the one that keeps it on your own machine, not out to be processed elsewhere.
Why every answer can be checked
Every answer the system gives points back at the document, message or record it actually came from. That means nothing is taken on trust. If a figure or a reply looks wrong, you can see exactly where it came from and check it yourself.
What happens before something reaches a customer
Anything going out to a customer, a reply, a quote, an invoice, is read by a guard before it sends, checking it against what it is actually meant to say. This is not a claim that nothing can ever go wrong. It is the specific thing built in to catch it first.
