- Memory and search
- One Postgres database per business, never shared. Rows, documents (JSONB), vector search (pgvector, HNSW) and full-text search (BM25) live in one place and are fused in one query. The permission filter runs inside that same query, backed by row-level security.
- Answers with sources
- Answers are written only from the permission-filtered passages the search returns. The same source list backs the on-screen trace of how it got there.
- Two lanes
- A fast chat lane and a background job lane with its own tray, each behind one router, so models can be swapped. Simple steps move to small models only after passing a quality test against bigger ones.
- Front desk and payments
- Runs on the business’s own WhatsApp Business number through the official API. The agent customers talk to holds no tools that can change money. Payment state comes only from a payment or bank feed, a matched reference or the owner’s own tap, never from chat text.
- The Desk and Crews
- The Desk is a view over records the system already keeps: the job queue, a receipts log, a decision record and the credits ledger, limited to what each person may see. A crew is proposed only once a fixed readiness bar is met for that business, runs as one workflow of named roles with their own permissions, and never deploys itself.
- Privacy and data
- One container and one database per business. One rule in code decides what data may go where, and a customer’s personal details stay behind it. UK and EU hosting by default; where the data lives is a setting the owner can see.
- One core for every size
- One core image, one version line and one set of nightly tests for every size of business. Size changes which packs and connectors are on, never the code.
- Apps
- One app with the business’s own name and icon, built once and working the same way on phone, tablet and computer.
- The brain
- Several AI models sit behind one router, and the one best suited to the job is chosen automatically, the same router that already picks between the fast and background lanes. Nothing is fixed to a single model.
- The map
- A visual layer over the same permissioned index that powers memory and search. Nothing is held twice: the map is just another way to see what is already there, filtered to what the signed-in person may see.
- Checks the work
- Runs the same grounded, source-checked answers over anything about to go out, and looks for patterns across the job queue and receipts log that point at time or money slipping through, the same records The Desk already keeps.
